About
A Physical Therapy and Wellness Community
Are you looking to embrace your wellness goals and transform your body and well-being? At The Right Balance, we recognize that a physical change or setback not only affects your physical body but also impacts how you think, feel, and live. Whether your symptoms began suddenly without a specific cause or are related to a recent pregnancy, menopause, an acute injury, or chronic pain, we want you to prioritize yourself and expect a full recovery.
We take a holistic approach, believing that to treat you effectively, we need to find the source and address the mind, body, and emotional aspects to achieve a full lifelong impact. You will find us committed to diving deep into the root cause of your symptoms, combining a blend of empathy, scientific knowledge, and practical tools to heal and empower you.
You will feel relief quickly after you begin and be provided with exercises and practices you can start using right away, so you feel confident you can take an active role in your progress. With the help of our expert physical therapists, you will overcome problems that may be relatively new or have negatively affected your life for years.
We all have a season where we put our health on hold because of other important priorities.
It is time to put yourself first because your family and community are stronger when you are stronger.
Meet Dr. Danielle!
Dr. Danielle Rivera has been a beacon of hope and transformation for many, dedicating over two decades to physical therapy with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. She began her education with a solid foundation, earning her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University in Miami in 2000, and later received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy while launching the pelvic health program at a local hospital in Palm Beach County. This blend of practical experience and advanced academic pursuit has equipped her with a unique perspective and expertise with a particular focus on pelvic health and orthopedics.
Dr. Danielle Rivera’s commitment to pelvic health was further solidified in 2021 when she founded The Right Balance. Her approach to physical therapy is transformative, particularly for women experiencing pain during intercourse, a condition that often leads to a vicious cycle of anxiety, avoidance, and fear of disappointing their partners. She has been an anchor for women who are struggling with postpartum recovery by guiding new mothers through the maze of emotional and physical changes and correcting common complaints like uncontrolled leaking, core and pelvic weakness.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Danielle Rivera loves to exercise and travel. Most of her mornings begin with group fitness classes, a testament to her belief in the power of physical activity in maintaining a balanced life. Her love for travel and her transformative experience in India, where she participated in a ministry program empowering women, deeply influence her mission of changing lives in the clinic and the community.
