Talking about a pelvic health at The Right Balance Physical Therapy in West Palm Beach

As a small, one-provider practice, you’ll work directly with Dr. Danielle Rivera, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Floor Therapist with over 2 decades of experience. During your one-on-one sessions, she looks beyond your pelvic floor—your leaking, your pain, your dysfunction—to assess how other pain and muscular imbalances in your body contribute to your symptoms.

Dr. Danielle takes a hands-on, whole-body approach to treating your pelvic floor problems, not just your symptoms. Her secret to results is the combination of

  • Manual therapy to release tension, relieve pain, and improve mobility

  • Targeted exercises to rebuild strength and function

  • Education and lifestyle coaching so you learn about your body and stay pain-free

Here you’re not just another patient— you have a partner in your health every step of the way.

Meet Your Pelvic Floor Partner

Hi! I’m Dr. Danielle Rivera, and I want you to know you’re in the right place.

I’ve been a Physical Therapist for 24 years, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health for over 10 years. And while my career started in orthopedic physical therapy—where I treated chronic pain, back issues, and rehabbed injuries— I knew something was missing.

Again and again, I saw women suffer from pelvic dysfunction—things like peeing while sneezing, painful sex, and postpartum trauma—that traditional PT wasn’t addressing. That’s when I discovered how foundational the pelvic floor is to the entire body— and how overlooked it is in mainstream healthcare.

Helping someone's pelvic floor at The Right Balance Physical Therapy in West Palm Beach

And that’s how The Right Balance PT was born. As a solution for men and women to find real answers, real solutions, and real results for their pelvic problems. No waitlists. No hidden costs. No jumping through insurance hoops.

Just one-on-one care from a provider who is committed to helping you heal.

My approach is holistic. Back pain, neck stiffness, past injuries, movement patterns—they all play a part in your pelvic health. That’s why I treat the whole person, not just one part of the body.

And my greatest reward is seeing my clients regain their confidence, strength, and quality of life. I love watching men and women go from struggling with pain or embarrassment to thriving and feeling like themselves again.

Why Choose The Right Balance PT?

One-on-One, Personalized Care

You work exclusively with Dr. Danielle Rivera—no rotating providers, no divided attention. Every session is private and focused, so you feel safe, supported, and cared for.

Your Treatment is Tailored to You

No two bodies are the same, and neither are pelvic problems. Your treatment plan is fully customized to your specific needs, goals, and comfort level—whether you're recovering postpartum, managing chronic pain, or strengthening your pelvic floor.

Expert-Led, Holistic Approach

Dr. Danielle knows that pelvic problems don't always start in the pelvis. With over 20 years of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she understands how issues in your lower back, spine, and even neck can contribute to pelvic floor dysfunction. By addressing these underlying factors, she helps you achieve real, lasting relief.

A Comfortable, Safe Space for Healing

Discussing symptoms like leaking, pain, and bowel movements can feel awkward, especially with strangers in the room. We only take 1 patient at a time in our office to make an uncomfortable situation safe and comfortable.

We Focus on Long-Term Results

Unlike hospital-based clinics that may limit your care based on insurance, our fee-for-service model allows for comprehensive treatment without restrictions. This means faster progress, more effective care, and long-lasting results—so you can get back to feeling like yourself again.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to chat. Let’s find the right balance for your body—together.
